How to install on Windows

1Installer version

  1. Click the Installer download button above.
  2. Open the file once it finishes downloading.
  3. If Windows shows a blue box that says it protected your PC, click More info and then Run anyway. The app is safe. This message only shows because the app is new.
  4. Follow the short setup and Pear Desktop opens on its own when it is ready.

2Portable version

  1. Click the Portable download button above.
  2. Double click the file you downloaded to start Pear Desktop right away.
  3. Nothing is installed, so you can even keep it on a USB drive.
